Luxury Studio & 1BHK Drawings
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have concept plans for a 600 sq ft luxury studio aimed at bachelors and a 1,000 sq ft luxury 1-BHK for newly-wed couples. Now I need construction-ready documentation that transforms those concepts into precise, buildable drawings.
Scope
• Create clean 2D layouts in SketchUp / Autocad for both units, fully dimensioned and annotated.
• Produce wall-by-wall interior elevations at an intermediate level of detail—every major and minor element called out so a contractor can price and execute without guesswork.
• Keep the overall language modern; finishes, fixtures and joinery should read contemporary while remaining practical for on-site execution.
• Improve and refine the feature list I’ll supply, adding your professional touches where you see gaps.
Deliverables
1. Two SketchUp files (studio + 1-BHK) with organised layers and scenes for plans, RCPs and elevations. Dwg format for Autocad
2. PDF/PNG export sets ready to hand straight to the builder.
3. A brief markup sheet summarising any design decisions or clarifications made during the process.
Acceptance Criteria
• All drawings fit printed A3 sheets at 1:50 (or similar) with clear dimensions.
• Fixtures, sockets, lighting points and built-ins shown on every relevant wall.
• Consistent graphic standards and naming throughout the files.
• At least one round of minor revisions included after my review.
I’ll follow this phase with paid 3D renderings, so an eye for detail and a portfolio that proves you can take a job from linework to photoreal is essential. If you thrive on modern interiors and enjoy polishing someone else’s concept into a precise set of documents, let’s talk.
