Luxury Home Interior Drawings & Renders

I’m redesigning three key areas of my home—living room, bedroom and kitchen—and I need both precise 2-D drawings and photorealistic renders that capture a classy, luxurious feel. Accurate measurements are essential because I will hand the plans straight to my contractor, so every wall length, opening and ceiling height must align with site conditions.

What matters most to me:
• Thoughtful furniture placement that maximises space and keeps costs down through smart, space-saving ideas.
• Realistic material representation—marble, rich wood grains, textured fabrics—shown exactly as they will read in real life.
• A layered lighting scheme (ambient, task and accent) rendered convincingly so I can judge mood before committing hardware.

Please supply for each room:
1. Scaled 2-D floor plan with dimensions and key elevations.
2. At least two high-resolution, lifelike renders from different angles.
3. A brief material and lighting legend referencing the visuals.

Files should be delivered in CAD/PDF for drawings and JPEG/PNG for renders, with original source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or similar) included so I can make future tweaks. If you have a preferred toolchain, just let me know.
