Locker-to-Concrete Wall Detail

I have a wooden locker that needs to be fixed securely to a concrete wall, and I want a clear, professional-grade connection detail that shows exactly how the anchors and screws should be placed. The drawing must spell out fastener sizes, embed depths, edge distances, and any washer or spacer requirements so I can hand it straight to my installer without further questions.

Please illustrate the locker carcass, the wall, and the hardware in section and elevation, then add a concise note schedule that references recognised codes or manufacturer data for concrete anchors. A clean PDF is required for the contractor; the native CAD (DWG or Revit) file lets me adjust dimensions later.
