1:1250 Location Map Drafting

I need a correctly scaled site location map at 1 : 1250 to accompany a planning submission. Only a basic outline is required: the red line showing the full property boundaries. No building footprints, roads or natural features are necessary unless you think they help with context.

You will source an Ordnance Survey (or equivalent) base, plot the boundary accurately, add a north arrow, scale bar and simple title box, and lay the drawing out on A4 while preserving the 1 : 1250 scale. AutoCAD, QGIS, ArcGIS or Illustrator are all fine as long as the final product is compliant with UK planning conventions.

Deliverables:
• High-resolution PDF ready for upload
• Editable source file (DWG, DXF or similar)

Acceptance criteria:
• Verified 1 : 1250 scale shown on sheet
• Accurate red boundary line (and blue ownership line if later requested)
• North arrow, scale bar and title box with site address
• Supplied in both PDF and editable format
