Licensed Boundary Survey Required
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a licensed land surveyor to carry out a full boundary determination on my property. This will be the first formal survey ever performed on the parcel, so you’ll be starting without the benefit of prior plats or documentation.
The work must establish all corner monuments, measure and mark boundary lines accurately, and create a signed, stamped survey drawing that is ready for official recordation and future title or permitting needs. Please allow for on-site conditions that include several mature trees and mixed vegetation; these natural features should be noted on the final survey map so they can be referenced during any future landscaping or fence installation.
Deliverables
• Field work with visible corner stakes/pins placed
• Professionally drafted survey plat (PDF + CAD/DWG) sealed to local licensing standards
• Brief summary report explaining methods, equipment, and any discrepancies found
