Laser-Cut Metal Shelf CAD

Job ID: 39881237

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I need a precise CAD file prepared for a single metal shelf that will be mounted in an automotive setting. The design must be ready for laser cutting, so clean vector geometry and correct kerf allowances are essential. This is a one-off part—no mass-production tolerances—yet it still has to fit perfectly the first time.

You’ll receive my hand sketch with key dimensions plus photos of the mounting area. From that, create a 2D drawing (DXF/DWG) and a parametric 3D model (STEP or similar) so I can keep the file for any future tweaks. Please include a quick bend allowance note if the shelf needs flanges.

Deliverables:
• Production-ready 2D laser-cut file (DXF/DWG)
• Matching 3D model (STEP/IGES or native SolidWorks/Fusion 360)
• One revision round to fine-tune hole positions or overall size after I review

I’ll sign off as soon as the file imports cleanly into the laser software with no open contours or duplicates.
