2D Landscape Plan & 3D Walkthrough

I already have a full survey / plot plan, recent drone shots and ground-level photos of the property. What I now need is a complete design package that lets me see, print and ultimately build the concept.

Scope
• A scaled black-and-white construction plan (24”×36”) that shows planting beds filled with native species, a full irrigation layout, and all hardscape: patios and connecting walks, boulder slab steps, accent boulders, natural-stone plank pavers, a steel pergola, concrete patio areas, planting berms and the pool with surrounding deck.
• A companion color presentation plan at the same scale for client review.
• High-resolution 3D still renderings plus an animated walk-through so I can experience the design from multiple viewpoints before committing to construction.

Key notes
– Native plants are the priority; feel free to suggest complementary evergreens or flowering accents if they strengthen the palette.
– Irrigation zoning must reflect lawn, native seed areas, planting beds and the pool deck’s micro-climates.
– Drawings must be delivered in both PDF and original CAD format (AutoCAD or similar) ready for 24”×36” printing.
– 3D can be developed in SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion or a comparable platform—just let me know your workflow.
– Turnaround is time-sensitive; please indicate how quickly you can supply a first draft once you receive the base files.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Accurate scaling and north arrow on every sheet.
2. Legible plant schedule with quantities, sizes and Latin names.
3. Irrigation legend showing valve numbers, pipe sizes and head types.
4. At least three daylight render views plus a dusk scene.
5. Walk-through video (1080p minimum) running roughly 60–90 seconds.
6. Low voltage landscape lighting suggestions and plan showing controller location, wire runs and fixture types with schedule of light types and calculated voltage drop.
