Landscape Design - 2D Site Plan & Layout Drawing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled Landscape Designer or AutoCAD Drafter to create a clear, professional 2D site plan and landscape layout for my residential outdoor area.
What I will provide:
Hand-sketched site layout with accurate measurements (length/width).
Current photos of the area from different angles.
A brief list of my specific needs and preferred style.
Scope of work:
Site Plan: Create a digital 2D drawing showing the house footprint and the surrounding yard boundaries.
Landscape Layout: Design the layout of the surrounding area based on my needs, including placements for seating areas, pathways, plants, and any specific features (e.g., deck, lawn, or patio).
Planting Suggestions (Optional): Basic labeling of suggested plant types (e.g., "shade trees," "low-maintenance shrubs").
Deliverables:
High-resolution PDF for printing.
Source file (DWG or AI).
At least one round of revisions if needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Landscape Architecture or Exterior Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Ability to deliver a clean, easy-to-read technical drawing.
