Land Survey Development & CAD Integration (Texas – Burleson, TX)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a licensed surveyor—or a very seasoned survey technician—who can step in and refresh the boundary work for a small residential townhouse site in Burleson, Texas. The main thing I have to nail down is the property lines and setbacks, so I can move confidently into permitting and final design.
You will start with my existing title survey, the original site plan, plus several older plats I’ve collected. I want you to review them, flag any conflicts, and then deliver an updated boundary and easement survey that reflects current conditions on the ground. Once that is verified, fold everything into AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) so the file slots straight into our design workflow.
Final deliverables
• Signed boundary & easement survey (PDF)
• Editable DWG that aligns with my CAD layer standards
Turnaround on revisions is important; I often need small tweaks within a day or two so the permitting schedule stays intact. If you have recent Texas experience and are comfortable reconciling legal descriptions, plats, and municipal setback rules, let’s get started.
