Land Lot Layout Planning
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a little more than twenty five acres ready for development and need a clear, workable concept plan that shows where more than 50 homes could comfortably sit on the property. I will provide the parcel map and any survey or GIS data I have; you take it from there.
Here’s what I need:
• Trace and scale the exact property boundary.
• Position at least 45 realistic home footprints, allowing for setbacks, driveways, and a shared access road.
• Mark visible easements, green buffers, and key natural features.
• Supply a clean PDF site plan plus the editable CAD (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) or SketchUp file so I can pass everything to engineers later.
A background in residential subdivision or urban planning will help, but solid drafting skills and a good eye for practical layout are the essentials. I’m ready to start right away and happy to answer any questions.
