About the Role:
As a Façade Draftsperson, you will produce detailed shop drawings, fabrication files, and set-out documentation for complex façade systems. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver coordinated and constructible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and CNC files
Interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate into fabrication-ready details
Work with project teams to resolve design challenges and ensure buildability
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to meet project milestones
Apply knowledge of aluminium systems, bracketry, waterproofing, and thermal breaks
Maintain drawing registers and revision control across all documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years drafting experience in metal façade, cladding, or curtain wall systems
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit, Rhino or SolidWorks a bonus)
Ability to produce high-quality fabrication and installation drawings with minimal supervision
Understanding of construction sequencing, fixing methods, and architectural detailing
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
