Kusum Paradise

Job ID: 40361164

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m developing a 20,000 sq ft boutique hotel in Madhya Pradesh and need a sharp conceptual package that shows both efficient space planning and a striking façade. The entire building will be a full-steel PEB structure and I’d like the visual language to marry modern-contemporary lines with subtle heritage cues from central India.

Core spaces to organise are a column-free banquet hall of at least 6,000 sq ft, a grand double-height lobby, 15-20 guest rooms laid out as a balanced mix of standard and suite categories, a dedicated gym / fitness zone, and a trendy, modern rooftop restaurant. I’m open to G+1 or G+2 depending on how you can best stack these functions while preserving clear circulation and maximising daylight.

What I need from you
• Conceptual 2D floor plans (all levels) showing room sizes, circulation, and structural grid suitable for a steel frame
• One high-quality 3D exterior render that captures the modern-heritage fusion theme and clearly illustrates massing, material palette, and façade articulation

The plans must respect PEB constraints (long spans, minimal internal columns) and keep the banquet footprint uninterrupted. For the rooftop space, convey the vibe of a chic, social lounge—think vibrant lighting, sleek furniture lines, and unobstructed views.

Please include a link or PDF of comparable hospitality or steel-structure projects you’ve designed. Preference will go to portfolios that already demonstrate banquet halls, boutique hotels, or commercial PEB work.
