Kitchen Addition Drawings Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m planning a 12-foot kitchen extension that runs straight out from the existing house—no L- or U-shape, simply a direct bump-out. The space will be dedicated to everyday cooking and meal prep, so layout efficiency and clear flow to the current kitchen matter most.
Here’s what I need:
• Scaled floor plan showing the new footprint tied into the existing structure
• Interior and exterior elevations with basic material call-outs
• Dimensioned ceiling, window, and door schedules
• Simple electrical and plumbing locations sufficient for permit submission (standard appliance hookups only)
• A printable PDF set plus the editable source file (DWG, Revit, or comparable)
I already have the original house plans in PDF; I’ll share them once we start so you can align wall, roof, and foundation lines accurately. Local code notes are minimal—I’ll supply zoning setbacks and snow-load data.
Please let me know your preferred software and estimated turnaround. I’m aiming for a detailed, permit-ready drawing set without diving into full 3D renders or high-end appliance specs.
