KML to DWG Building Draft

I have a KML file that marks existing buildings, and I need it converted into a clean AutoCAD-compatible DWG. The focus is on accuracy rather than artistic detail:
• Trace each building footprint so the basic outlines match the KML positions precisely.
• Keep the terrain flat—no elevation or topography modeling is required.
• Omit all labels, names, heights, or other annotations.
• Organize the drawing on sensible layers (e.g., buildings, reference lines) to keep the file tidy and easy to edit later.
Please deliver the finished DWG and, if you used any coordinate transformation, a short note on the projection settings so the file drops into other CAD/GIS workflows without shifts.
