Joinery Drawings for Duplex Project

I’m in the middle of constructing a side-by-side duplex and now need a complete set of joinery drawings so the cabinetmakers can start cutting. I will supply the architectural plans, room dimensions and any concept sketches I already have; you’ll translate these into clear, fabrication-ready drawings.

The cabinetry will be finished in wood, so please base your detailing, edge treatments and notes on timber construction techniques. I’m flexible on hardware brands and internal accessories as long as the look remains wood-focused and the units can be flat-packed for easy transport to site.

What I expect from you
• Fully dimensioned plan, elevation and section views for every joinery unit we agree on (PDF for review, DWG or equivalent for production)
• Exploded or detail views wherever construction is not obvious
• A concise cut-list or panel schedule per unit so the workshop can price and order material
• All files named logically and delivered in one compressed folder

The drawings must align precisely with the builder’s tolerances, so accuracy, tidy layering and clear notation are essential. Let me know your proposed turnaround, preferred CAD platform and any previous examples of timber joinery you’ve detailed.
