Interior Designer Needed – 4BHK Villa in Ajman, UAE (UAE-Based Experience Required)

Project Overview:
I am the owner of a newly built 4BHK villa in Ajman, UAE (approx. 3,500 sq ft built-up area). The finishing phase has begun — tiles are currently being installed. I am now looking for a talented and experienced interior designer to create a warm, homely, and high-quality living atmosphere throughout the villa.
Scope of Work:
∙ Full interior design concept for a 4BHK villa (living room, master bedroom, additional bedrooms, kitchen, staircase/feature wall, common areas)
∙ Design references have already been selected — you will receive detailed briefings and reference images
∙ Coordination with suppliers and contractors on-site in Ajman
∙ 2D/3D visual renders of proposed designs
∙ Material, furniture, and décor sourcing recommendations (with budget awareness)
∙ Support throughout execution phase
What I’m Looking For:
∙ You MUST have prior hands-on project experience in the UAE — specifically villa interior projects in Ajman, Sharjah, or Dubai. Please include portfolio photos of completed UAE villa projects in your application.
∙ Strong understanding of local suppliers, material availability, and typical UAE villa finishes
∙ Someone who can make a villa truly feel like a home — not just look good on paper
∙ Responsive, professional, and able to work independently once briefed
∙ Freelance/independent designer preferred (not a large agency)
