Interior Architect for Apartment Redesign
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Hello,
I am looking for an experienced interior designer / architect for the internal layout redesign of a 120 sqm apartment that will be renovated.
At this stage, I only need an internal space planning proposal in 2D DWG format.
The apartment currently includes:
3 bedrooms
kitchen
living room / lounge
2 bathrooms
In addition to the existing spaces, I also need:
a small study/home office with natural light
a storage room
Main design requirements
The project is for a family of 4, with strong attention to functionality, details, and space optimization.
Important constraints:
Minimize demolition and reconstruction of walls as much as possible
Keep the sleeping area in its current zone
Create a small naturally lit study and a storage room within the existing apartment layout
I must reuse all existing furniture, including:
kitchen
living room wall unit
wardrobe
bed
I also need a technical layout proposal for heating and cooling, based on:
heat pump system
split units
planning of condensate drain routing for both outdoor and indoor units
I also need the design of false ceilings for:
hallway
living room
kitchen
What I need now
For this first phase, I need:
a 2D layout proposal
DWG file
optimized internal distribution based on the requirements above
false ceiling layout for hallway, living room, and kitchen
preliminary technical planning for HVAC split system placement and condensate drains
The goal is to improve the internal organization of the apartment while respecting the existing constraints and making the spaces more practical and comfortable for everyday family life.
