I'm seeking a skilled draughtsman to create a detailed site plan for industrial buildings (feed processing, grain handling & storage). The primary purpose of this plan is for planning/construction layout.

Essential elements to include are:
- Building footprints
- Utility locations
- Roads

As I do not have any existing site data or previous plans, I need someone who can work from scratch but is adept at gathering necessary information and ensuring accuracy.
