Industrial PEB Construction Drawings Needed

I’m currently rolling out a series of industrial-scale, pre-engineered buildings and need a skilled draughtsman who understands PEB methodology inside out. For each project I will supply the basic architectural intent and structural load data; your job is to translate that information into full construction drawings ready for fabrication and site use.

Scope of every assignment
• Complete steel structure drafting, showing member sizes, connections and erection marks.
• Roofing, cladding and interior/exterior paneling layouts with fixing details.
• All sheets delivered in both PDF and editable DWG (or compatible) formats, organised for easy revision.

Level of detail required
These are construction drawings, so dimensions, tolerances, member schedules, material specifications and clear call-outs are mandatory. Anyone comfortable producing shop drawings for industrial sheds, warehouses or similar PEB facilities will feel at home.

Workflow & tools
I generally review in AutoCAD, but if you prefer Tekla, Revit, Advance Steel or similar BIM tools, that’s fine as long as the final DWG set is clean and layered logically.

Engagement model
This is ongoing, project-to-project work. Turnaround time and fee will be agreed before each job; quick communication and the ability to update drawings after engineer comments are important.
