Industrial Commercial Interior Layout Drawing

I have a complete site plan for a commercial space, a stack of my own hand-sketches, and an AI mock-up that missed the brief. Now I need a real artist who can turn all of that into a clean, industrial-style interior-layout drawing that matches my specifications exactly.

First, we’ll run through everything I’ve already produced so you understand the vision and the constraints of the site. Then you’ll translate that information into a fully dimensioned drawing that reflects an authentic industrial aesthetic—think exposed structure, open spans, and purposeful detailing—without defaulting to AI shortcuts.
