Indonesian Tropical House Plans

I am preparing to build a private home in Indonesia and need aVisualization (2D 3D) architectural drawings that suit a tropical climate. The style should feel open, airy, and distinctly “tropis”, with wide roof overhangs, and materials that stand up to humidity and heavy rain.

Because you have already designed or supervised builds in Indonesia, I expect you to guide me on practical points—local spans for timber or steel, common wall systems, ventilation blocks, and how to keep construction costs realistic without losing the design character. I will supply a rough site survey, preferred room program.

Deliverables (PDF + editable DWG/ DXF):
• foundation plan, floor plans, and roof plan to scale
• All elevations and at least one cross-section showing structural logic
• Basic MEP layouts (water) sufficient for pricing
• Schedule of primary materials and suggested local suppliers

Please include a short note on similar Indonesian projects you have completed and your typical turnaround for a first draft. I look forward to collaborating and refining the design together until it is ready for the builder.
