4-Inch Commercial Slab Drawings
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a clear, code-compliant drawing package for a single-story commercial building whose concrete slab will measure under 1,000 sq ft and stay at the specified 4-inch thickness. The plans must follow the current International Residential Code requirements, note live and dead loads appropriate for light commercial occupancy, and show every dimension, control joint, and reinforcement detail so my contractor can pour without guesswork.
I have not locked myself into a particular reinforcement system, so feel free to design around conventional steel rebar, welded wire mesh, or another cost-effective option if it meets code—just call it out unambiguously in the schedule and sections. Please include:
• A fully dimensioned slab plan in CAD (DWG) and printable PDF
• Reinforcement layout with bar sizes, spacing, and overlap / lap splice notes
• Control-joint pattern with depth and sealant notes
• Edge thickening or footing detail where walls or concentrated loads apply
• A brief calculation sheet or stamped notes that reference the relevant IRC clauses
