Illinois Plat of Survey Needed

Drawing Only: Illinois PLS Plat

I have a small, 700-sq-ft parcel in Illinois in need of Plat of Survey prepared for land conveyance. Data comes to you in a CSV and filed notes, legal description and sketch so you can import and manually enter it into your preferred CAD.

Key details that must be clearly shown on the finished plat:
• Easements and rights-of-way
• Existing structures on or near the boundary
• Utilities and other infrastructure lines
• Any encroachments you identify during your review

I’ll provide the CSV, past title work, and any additional documents you request. What I expect back is a professional, Illinois-compliant plat, ready for review in PDF (and, the source CAD file for my archive).

NOTE: This plat is part of a larger plat and drainage drawing but must be completed first. There is already a partial sketch with notations for the full project.
