ISO Steel Frame Fabrication Drawings
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a full set of steel-frame fabrication drawings created from the ground up. No existing architectural or structural documents are available, so the work begins with concept development and ends with shop-ready plans that comply with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 12944 (or any other ISO clauses relevant to steel structures).
The workflow I have in mind moves from a clean 3D model—preferably built in Tekla Structures, Revit, or Advance Steel—into 2D shop drawings, and finally to a complete bill of materials. Connection details, member schedules, weld symbols, and bolt specifications must all reference the chosen ISO requirements. Please keep geometry, tolerances, and protective coatings aligned with those standards as well.
Deliverables
• Native 3D model and IFC export
• Fully annotated fabrication drawings in DWG and PDF
• Bill of materials (Excel or CSV) with weights and surface areas
• Connection design calculations or report, if produced outside the model
Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions, notations, and symbols meet the referenced ISO clauses
• Files open error-free in AutoCAD (2021 or later) and Tekla BIMsight
• BOM quantities reconcile with modeled steel weights within ±2 %
I will be available to answer questions about loads, usage, or preferred member profiles as you progress.
