Hydraulic Cylinder 2D/3D Drawings

I need accurate technical drawings of several hydraulic cylinders and related components produced in both 2D and 3D. For the 2D sheets I will rely on them for manufacturing, so every view, dimension, tolerance, surface finish note, and material call-out must be present—think full detailed specification, not just an outline.

The 3D models should match the 2D information exactly and be cleanly organised with proper part names and assemblies so I can reuse them in future projects or hand them straight to CNC and FEA teams. I normally view 3D data in SolidWorks and Inventor, but I’m open to any mainstream CAD platform as long as the geometry imports flawlessly.

File delivery
• Primary format: .ai (vector) for the 2D sheets—layered and scalable
• Supplementary: if you can also output DWG/DXF, PDF or STEP/IGES alongside the AI files that will make integration on my side even smoother.

I will provide hand sketches and reference photos once we start; you can expect quick feedback loops so we can finalise dimensions and critical interfaces fast. Let me know your estimated turnaround for the first cylinder and the CAD tools you plan to use.
