Hybrid Home Floorplan Draft
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a clean, easy-to-read floorplan that blends my favorite parts of two existing designs into one coherent layout.
From Plan 1 I want to keep the kitchen arrangement exactly as it is, including the direct garage access and the way the kitchen opens to the outdoor entertaining space.
From Plan 2 I like the dining area configuration and the lounge-plus-bedroom run down the right-hand side of the house.
On top of those, I also need a main bedroom suite positioned close to the garage—ideally with minimal hallway distance yet still feeling private.
Please sketch a single-level concept that respects those requirements, showing room labels, basic dimensions, and traffic flow arrows so I can visualise how everything connects. A simple PDF or image file is fine for now; no detailed construction specs are required.
