The scope is straightforward: capture only the essential outlines and dimensions—walls, room names, door and window openings, overall lengths, and key internal measurements. No structural, electrical, or plumbing details are required.
I’ll provide the clear reference images as soon as we start. Please reproduce the plan to scale, use sensible layers (e.g., walls, text, dimensions), and keep line weights tidy so the file is immediately usable in AutoCAD.
Deliverable:
• One fully editable DWG reflecting the plan accurately, ready for me to annotate or develop further.
