2D/3D House Layout Drafting, for Singapore resident experts

I need a scale-accurate 2D floor plan and matching 3D layout for my landed property in Singapore. The site sits on roughly 2,300 sq ft of garden with about 1,300 sq ft of interior space. Every interior room and common area must be shown—no interior décor or styling, just the structural layout and an overall “map” of the house. The house has two floors, one large room on the ground floor, and two rooms upstairs, plus separate wash room and toilet.

Exact measurements are not on hand; you will be free to visit, inspect, and capture the dimensions you feel are essential for a professional drawing—room sizes, wall thicknesses, door and window positions, and so on. Once measured, translate the data into a clean 2D plan (AutoCAD, PDF) and a basic 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent) that allows me to visualise the house volume and garden relationship.
