Project Title:
Architectural Design for a Vastu-Compliant 2-Story House (15x50 ft Plot)
Project Description & Requirements:
I am looking for a person who have good Knowledge in making house plan to create comprehensive architectural floor plans for a new G+1 (two-story) residential house.
The plot is a narrow urban site measuring 15 feet in width and 50 feet in depth (total area 750 sq. ft.).
Key Design Requirements:
Plot Size: 15'-0" (Width) x 50'-0" (Depth). Single-side road access.
Total Rooms: 4 distinct rooms.
Total Facilities: 1 Hall (Living Area), 1 Kitchen, and a minimum of 3-4 latrines/bathrooms (attached and common).
Traffic Flow: The main staircase must be inside the home, connecting the two floors internally.
Crucial Requirement: The entire layout must strictly adhere to Indian Vastu Shastra principles for a north or east-facing plot (please specify your design assumption).
Examples: Kitchen in SE, Master Bedroom in SW, Entrance placement, etc.
Ventilation: Due to the narrow plot, the design must prioritize clever ventilation solutions (like internal courtyards, ducts, or shafts/OTS) to ensure natural light and air.
Ground Floor Requirements: Parking area (Bike Parking 4 bikes minimum), Entrance, Hall, Kitchen, 1 Bedroom (Guest/Elderly), and relevant bathrooms.
First Floor Requirements: 3 additional Bedrooms (one master with attached bath), common bathrooms, and a family lounge area.
Deliverables:
I require the following 2D CAD drawings (PDF and DWG formats) and final the 3d Desing and AUTOCAD 3DX MAX or SketchUP
