House Annexe Planning Drawings

I have a small annexe proposal for my London home and already hold three helpful files: a JPEG layout that must be mirrored exactly, an example set of approved planning drawings for reference, and the base DWG survey. What I still need is a complete, well-presented drawing package that can go straight into a planning submission.

Core requirements
• Floor plans and elevations drawn to UK planning scales, fully dimensioned.
• Roof plan plus a block plan showing the annexe in context of the main house and adjoining plots.
• An isometric or axonometric view illustrating the sun path across the day to address daylight concerns.

Please build the set in AutoCAD (or compatible) and supply both editable DWG and print-ready PDF sheets. Use the attached example for graphic style, notes layout and title block formatting; match line weights, north arrow and scale bars so the new sheets sit seamlessly alongside my other documents.

Acceptance criteria
1. All critical dimensions lifted from the JPEG are recreated within ±5 mm.
2. Drawings align precisely with the provided base DWG.
3. Each sheet carries a clear scale, north point, date, and my project reference.
4. Final PDFs pass the Planning Portal file-size limits (<10 MB per sheet).
