24-Hour Site Plan Overlay
Budget: $200 – $400 USD
I have a plat map of the property we are about to purchase and rough dimensions for the asphalt plant we want to install. What I need from you, within the next 24 hours, is a clear, to-scale site plan that places the plant on the parcel so we can confirm it fits comfortably and functions logically.
Because I only have the plat map (no full survey) and the plant specs are approximate, the drawing has to be precise enough to guide a go/no-go decision while still reflecting those known tolerances. In addition, I must be able to walk the plan into a community discussion tomorrow, so it also has to include elevation views of the bordering properties that demonstrate minimal visual impact.
Deliverables
• Outline the existing asphalt plan based on a google satellite view
• Scaled site layout in PDF (and CAD if available) showing the asphalt plant footprint on the lot
• Elevation views along the shared property lines to illustrate height relationships and screening
• A brief legend or note set explaining any assumptions made from the rough dimensions
