Hospital Floorplan Double-Line Drafting -- 2

I already have a complete single-line plan of a hospital. I now need that drawing converted into a clean, well-layered double-line layout. Along the way I want basic-outline blocks of the main furniture pieces dropped in so rooms read clearly at a glance, but nothing more elaborate than simple shapes.
I will forward a list of exact door and window sizes; please replace the single-line openings with properly detailed double-line doors and windows that match those dimensions. All geometry must remain true to the existing wall grid so the file aligns with the rest of our documentation.
