I’m renovating four key areas—kitchen, laundry, living room, and a walk-in robe—and I need fresh, scaled floor plans to guide the work. All the room measurements are already taken, so you can jump straight into drawing instead of chasing dimensions.

Your plans should:
• Translate my measurements into clear, to-scale layouts.
• Show walls, windows, doors, and any structural elements that can’t move.
• Indicate proposed cabinetry, appliance positions, fixtures, and circulation space so I can hand the drawings straight to my builder.

I’m comfortable supplying sketches, photos, and the measurement sheet on day one, and I’ll be available for quick clarifications. Final files in PDF for easy printing plus the editable CAD/DWG source are ideal.
