2D/3D Home Plan Digitization

I have a hand-drawn set of floor plans for a single-family house—basement, ground floor, and first floor—that I need converted into precise digital files. The critical point is an accurate transfer of every dimension so the result complies with our national architectural standards.

Here’s what I expect:
• A clean 2D plan of each level, showing the basic layout and all measured dimensions.
• A corresponding 3D model that captures the structure, walls, and openings only (no furniture or landscaping).

I work with FreeCAD, so it would be ideal if both the 2D drawings and the 3D model are delivered in native FreeCAD format, with any common exchange files (PDF/DXF or IFC) you normally supply.
