Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a hand-drawn 2D plan for a medium-sized house (three to four bedrooms) that now needs to live in AutoCAD. The sketch is complete; I simply need it redrawn as a clean, accurate .dwg.
Scope
• Architectural outline only—walls, openings, key dimensions and room labels.
• A separate layer for a straightforward furniture layout so space usage is clear.
• No electrical or plumbing layouts in this phase, but please keep the file organised so those can be slotted in later.
Deliverables
- Editable AutoCAD 2D file (.dwg) at a practical scale (1:100 or similar).
- PDF export for quick on-screen review.
Accuracy is more important than embellishment: stick to the basic outline, respect my measurements, and keep layers tidy and named logically. Once the drawing matches the sketch I’ll approve; revisions should be minimal if the first pass is precise.
