We are in the process of constructing a 4 bedroom home. We wish to add one en-suite room of about 25m2. Scope of work Update the existing .dwg format plan with the addition of a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. What I expect from you • Concept sketches based on our instructions and your skills
First Project:
• up to 4 revisions
• 2D plans and elevations
Budget for the first project is $80
Second project
• Final drawings and finish schedules in editable format ( AutoCAD, Revit or similar

Budget for second project $120
I’ll supply photos, basic measurements and any inspiration images the moment we start.
