**Custom High-Voltage Resonant Coil Engineering & Documentation Package**
We are seeking an experienced:
To deliver a complete set of **manufacturing documentation**
for a custom coil set intended for a *high-voltage, high-frequency laboratory resonant test system*
The deliverable must enable a reputable coil manufacturer to quote, prototype, and mass-produce exactly to spec.
**Scope of Work:**
- **Convert supplied specs into full, production-ready documentation:**
- **2D and 3D CAD drawings** (DWG/DXF/PDF/STEP):
Show *all dimensions* (bobbin/core, winding area, length, wall thickness, mounting/flange, leadouts, potting, tolerances). Include cross-sections and assembly views.
- **Detailed winding diagrams:** *Wire gauge, insulation spec (triple-insulated preferred), number of turns, bifilar/single, direction/layering, start/end identification, and lead termination.*
- **Electrical spec sheet:** List *target inductance, resistance, Q, operation/test frequency, current, voltage withstand, field (if required), bandwidth, test tolerances and method.*
- **Potting & encapsulation callout:** *Material, thickness, required coverage/exposed regions, insulation standard.*
- **Testing & acceptance criteria:** *Withstand voltage, L/R at test frequency, and visual QA/inspection standards per industry coil QA.*
- **Assembly/process notes:** Step-by-step for winding, leads, potting, and any modular requirements (coil can be replaced or serviced if needed).
- **Bill of Materials:** For each device (Excel/CSV & in PDF) with wire, core/bobbin, lead, and potting materials.
**Requirements:**
- **Proven experience** designing high-voltage/RF coils or transformers for manufacturing.
- Familiarity with **potting, triple-insulated HV winding, and test/QA documentation**.
- Able to provide at least **one sample of similar coil engineering documentation** in your proposal.
- **Excellent English communication** and ability to deliver within **7–10 business days**.
- Experience producing documentation for **Asian/global coil factories** preferred.
