2D/3D Helmet Manufacturing Drawings

I need my helmet concept translated into a full production package that a factory can pick up without a hitch. You will work from the written and visual guidelines I already have, refining any areas that still need call-outs or tolerances so everything aligns with our manufacturing intent.

Here’s what has to be on my desk at hand-off:

• Complete 2D fabrication drawings: fully dimensioned, layered, and annotated so CNC or injection-mould tooling teams can work straight from the sheets.
• A watertight, to-scale 3D OBJ model that mirrors the 2D drawings exactly.
• One round of minor adjustments once I’ve run the files past the factory for DFM feedback.

I’m comfortable with you using your preferred CAD suite—SolidWorks, Inventor, Rhino, Fusion 360 or similar—as long as the exported OBJ remains clean, manifold, and true to the specified wall thicknesses.
