Heavy Gate Roller CAD Drawings

I’m ready to move a new hanging gate design from concept to the shop floor and need complete CAD drawings for a steel roller assembly built around standard 6205 bearings. The roller will see both indoor and outdoor service, so corrosion-prone areas should be called out for paint or galvanizing, yet overall strength only has to cover moderate gate loads—no extreme industrial duty.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• 2D fabrication drawings (DWG/DXF) with fully-defined dimensions, tolerances and weld symbols.
• An exploded view and bill of materials identifying every steel part, the pair of 6205 bearings, spacers, bolts, and any grease points.
• A simple 3D model (STEP or SolidWorks) to let our fabricator visualise clearances and bearing fit.

Mounting options can be a bolt-on plate, a weld-on bracket, or a hybrid—whichever gives the cleanest load path while keeping machining minimal. Feel free to propose small design tweaks that extend bearing life or ease maintenance, but stay mindful of cost-effective shop processes like laser-cut plate and MIG welding.

Deliverables should be ready for fabrication, readable by a typical machine shop, and submitted within a week of project start.
