Plans are needed for a new aluminum open-work fence that will enclose my property primarily for security. The layout will include multiple gates, so the drawings must clearly show gate locations, swing directions, and all required hardware details.
Because the City & County of Honolulu requires plans signed by a Hawaii-licensed professional, the full drawing set must bear an appropriate stamp. I will supply a recent site survey and photographs; everything else—site plan overlays, elevations, sections, footing details, and any structural notes—should be produced so the package is immediately ready for permit submittal.
Key deliverables
• PDF and CAD files of the complete plan set, stamped for Hawaii
• Title block with my project information and the drafter’s license details
• Any code citations or specifications that the permit office typically requests
