Hand-Drawn Sketches & Photos into 2D PDF Floor Plans for 3-Level Villa
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I have hand-drawn sketches, photos, and measurements (in meters). I need a skilled freelancer to produce clean, accurate 2D architectural floor plans for a 3-level villa.
The villa consists of:
- Garden Level : Only two storage rooms (simple layout).
- Ground Floor (RDC): A T4 apartment (4 main rooms: living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms).
- First Floor (R+1): Another T4 apartment (similar layout to ground floor = The sketch provided).
I will share all available visual material:
- Hand-drawn sketch of the R+1
- A rough site plan ("Plan de Haute") .
- Additional handwritten notes.

Deliverables:
- 2D floor plans for all three levels (drawn to scale).
- Preferably in DWG and PDF formats with clear indication of room labels, dimensions, openings (doors/windows), and circulation.
