Hand-Drawn Floor Plan to CAD (VERY SIMPLE LAYOUT)

I have a single page, VERY SIMPLE LAYOUT hand-sketched floor plan that I need digitised in Autodesk AutoCAD. The scope is straightforward: reproduce the basic layout—walls, doors, and overall room configuration—exactly as shown on the sketch. I will supply the precise wall and door measurements, so you can work to accurate dimensions rather than approximations. In the finished drawing I only need each room clearly named with its corresponding dimensions; no furniture, plumbing, or electrical layers are required.
Deliverables I expect:
• One clean, well-organised DWG file (AutoCAD 2018 or later)
• A matching print-ready PDF
Please keep the CAD layers tidy and logically named, and ensure the scaling aligns with the dimensions I provide. If any area of the sketch is unclear, ask before proceeding so we avoid revisions. Quick turnaround appreciated—I’ll send the scan and measurements as soon as we agree to start.
