Half-Bath Permit Drawings Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m turning a former clothes closet into a half bath and need a set of permit-ready drawings for Orange County, NC. I already have precise interior measurements, so you’ll be working from exact numbers rather than estimates.
The scope is straightforward: a traditional-style layout with just a toilet and a small sink—no mirror or cabinetry at this stage. What I must submit to the county is a clean, professional 2D plan plus interior elevations of all four walls that clearly show fixture placement, required clearances, door swing, and any code notes specific to North Carolina plumbing and accessibility standards.
Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan (PDF + editable CAD)
• Four interior wall elevations with dimensions and call-outs (PDF + editable CAD)
Please use AutoCAD, Revit, or another industry-standard drafting tool so revisions are simple if the inspector requests tweaks. Accuracy, clear labeling, and compliance annotations are more important than photorealistic rendering.
