HVAC & Electrical Draft Drawings
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a coordinated set of mechanical and electrical drawings for an upcoming build. you must be able to do the design and engineering.
Mechanical scope
• Produce HVAC plans, sections, and basic equipment schedules such as chillers, FCU, pumps etc.
Electrical scope
• Create power-distribution drawings covering 24 V and 240 V circuits, control panels, and all BMS I/O points.
• Include single-line diagrams, cable sizing, and panel schedules where relevant.
General requirements
• Work in standard CAD (DWG) so I can edit later; supply PDFs for quick review.
• Follow common industry layering and symbol conventions.
• Coordinate the two disciplines so penetrations, clearances, and control points line up.
A moderate level of detail is enough for tender and coordination—no full construction detailing is needed yet. I will be available for mark-ups and questions throughout the process and expect one consolidated revision round before final delivery.
