HOA Landscape Survey, Surprise AZ

I need a simple as-built landscape drawing of my completed backyard in Surprise, Arizona for HOA reference. The yard currently includes turf, gravel areas, and a small paver walkway.
Please prepare a basic scaled sketch showing the general backyard dimensions, the location of turf, gravel, and the paver path, along with a north arrow and a brief legend. Photos will also be included in the HOA submission. A clean PDF of the drawing is sufficient; CAD files are not required.
You’ll need to visit the site, gather field notes, then draft the plan; once I verify dimensions match reality, the project is done.
