HMO Plan Compliance Drawings

I already have the full set of floor-plans in PDF and need them converted into a fully-compliant HMO layout for a low-income housing conversion. The core task is to redraw the existing scheme so it meets all current local authority HMO standards—fire escape routes, good room sizes, and any other licensing notes that must appear on the drawings. Because the PDFs clearly show dimensions and elevations, you can work completely remotely; no site visit is expected or required.

Please return a polished drawing package: in a CAD or PDF plus a print-ready version that clearly references the regulations applied.
