Ground Level Drawing

I have a hand-drawn floor plan, plus an annotated update that shows recently built garage walls highlighted in red. I need this converted into a clean, accurate CAD drawing to scale. All construction call-outs, symbols for lights and switches, and other job-site notes should disappear so the file focuses strictly on the physical structure.
Please trace every wall, door, and window exactly as dimensioned, replacing the old interior garage walls with the new layout from the update. Label only the major spaces—kitchen, garage, etc.—so I can later overlay utility routes myself. Line weights, layers, and dimensions should be organised logically for easy editing.
Deliverables
• Editable DWG file, true to scale
• Matching vector-quality PDF for quick sharing
