Garden Office 2D Drawings

I’m planning a small 5 m × 3 m garden office and need clean, permit-ready 2D drawings to capture the essentials. The structure will sit under a simple, symmetrical gable roof that peaks at 3m overall height.

What matters most is accuracy—I want every key dimension called out so the builder has zero guesswork. Materials or interior layouts aren’t required at this stage; clear measurements are.

Deliverables I’d like to receive:
• Scaled floor plan, front and side elevations, and a roof plan, all annotated with metric dimensions
• Roof pitch and ridge height shown to confirm the 3m maximum
• PDF set for review.
One side will have a regular wood composite door (2100mm) and 2 (1100mm) windows and another side will have a 1600mm window.

These drawings are purely for a planning application for what is essentially a brick shed with a clay tile roof.
