40x50 Garage Plan Drawing

I’m building a 40' × 50' residential garage and need a fully-dimensioned floor-plan created in Microsoft Word drawing app. Every wall, door, fixture and piece of equipment must remain a separate, resizable shape so I can move things around later. Turnaround is 24 hours from award.

Layout details
• Three vehicle bays across the front: a 10 ft door centred between two 8 ft doors.
• A standard-sized human entry door on the right-hand front corner.
• Inside, place outlines of one pickup truck, one small SUV and one medium SUV to verify fit. Vehicle storage is the primary purpose.
• ¾ bath (sink, shower, toilet) with a small changing area for three people.
• Small sauna in the back-right corner.
• One 7.5' square hot tub and one 15' × 8' swim spa.
• A 15' × 15' back room defined with partitions (no door).
• Hot-air furnace on the left-hand wall.
• Dedicated tool-storage zone along the back wall.

Deliverable
An editable .docx file that prints cleanly on letter paper, shows a clear scale (include the scale in a legend), and includes all dimensions and items above as independent shapes.

Accuracy and clarity are critical, so please keep real-world sizes true to scale and close all dimensions properly. I’ll provide the exterior PDF as soon as we start so you can match the outline exactly.
