Garage Conversion Drawings

I'm looking for professional building regulation drawings for a garage conversion into a living space.

Requirements:
- Convert garage into living space with:
- Bedroom
- Living room
- Toilet and shower room
- Layout plan is already designed by me

Ideal skills and experience:

The roof pitch is under 35 degrees and over fascia vents have been added per British standards, 100mm insulation has been put between the rafters and another 50mm will be put over these to provide the necessary insulation, DPM is in the existing slab and damp proof paint applied to brickwork up to the wall damp course.

The garage internal measurements are 3-3.3m wide and 13.3m long, at the top the plan is to have a bedroom 3m by 4.2m in size then a living space 3m by 6.4m and then a toilet and shower room at the driveway end, foul drainage will then need to run and connect to the existing foul waste that runs from the front of the house, this will connect in the front garden as the ground level runs down away from the front of the house and garage to a man hole cover in the front garden area.

The property is in the Bromley areas in South East London
